American Express Platinum

  • Points Per Spend: 2.25 points per $1 on everyday purchases & 1 point on government bodies in Australia.

For reward points, you collect 2.25 points per $1 on eligible everyday purchases. And 1 point on government bodies in Australia. Plus, its point earning has no cap, so sky's the limit.

Points can be converted to flyer points to several Amex Airline Award Partners, including Velocity Points and 2 hotel programs.

  • Bonus Points: 150,000 Qantas points. 

  • Annual Fee: $1,200 p.a.
